We are seeking Clnicial Reviewer to join our team in our Broussard, LA location. Earn: $52,000/year The Clinical Reviewer is responsible for the review of clinical documentation of direct care staff in the ACT/FACT product line. The Clinical Reviewer supports the quality improvement efforts of the ACT/FACT product line. This position reviews clinical documentation to identify deficits and offer feedback to improve overall quality for F/ACT & PASRR programs. * Ongoing review of progress notes and treatment plans & assessments for ACT/FACT & PASRR programs. * Assist programs to identify and help staff with improving documentation by ongoing direct review of progress notes and treatment plans prior to submission and finalization. * Submit reports of documentation review findings as requested. * Track documentation that has been reviewed and provide feedback to staff. * Ongoing, intensive review of documentation of staff identified as needing extra support and monitoring. * Identify deficiencies in documentation and provide feedback to staff and supervisors. * Follow-up on deficient documentation to ensure improvement before final submission. * Review documentation prior to audits to identify improper documentation. * Assist program with improvement of specific deficiencies in documentation identified through audits. * Collaborate with training team and all supervisory staff to identify further training and support measures to be taken to ensure proper documentation. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: * Master's Degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or another human services field is required. * Minimum of two years' experience in the mental health field preferred. * Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. * Must have excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills. * Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
