Senior Fleet Program Specialist

A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Assists the department in managing users within Fleet Management systems. This includes, but is not limited to, loading users, managing new hires and terminations, setting-up access levels, and transferring users.
• Responsible for monitoring daily events, assigning drivers to events, and ensuring coaching is completed and documented in a timely manner.
• Collaborates with appropriate leaders by delivering training or learning experiences to enhance Fleet Program and/or improve behavior.
• Reviews video footage of Vehicle Accidents and looks to identify/ address risky driving behaviors.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Minimum of a two-year degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related degree; or equivalent combinations of education and work experience.
• Three - five years of experience in supply chain, logistics, administrative or related roles required.
