Visiting Part-Time Faculty Position in Chinese Description The Department of World Languages, Literatures, and Cultures at the College of the Holy Cross invites applications for a part-time visiting faculty appointment in Chinese Studies (https://www.holycross.edu/academics/programs/chinese-studies) to begin in January 2025. This is a one-semester appointment with a teaching load of 2 courses. Depending on the candidate's expertise and the need of the Chinese Studies Program, these two courses could be two Chinese language courses, or a mix of language and literature/culture courses. Candidates must have native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English, a Master's degree or above (including ABD) with expertise in Chinese language, literature, and culture. Qualifications Candidates must demonstrate commitment to, and excellence in, undergraduate teaching as informed by current practice and scholarship in the field.
