Key Accountabilities:



  • Assist senior structural engineers in the design and analysis of steel and concrete structures for petrochemical facilities, including refineries, chemical plants, and LNG facilities.
  • Support the development of engineering drawings, specifications, and construction documents in accordance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Assist in reviewing project documentation, including technical reports, design drawings, and vendor submittals.
  • Manage and maintain departmental documentation, including project files, drawings, specifications, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.
  • Provide general administrative support including responding to inquiries and performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and documents related to projects, clients, and company operations.

Qualifications:



  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented individual with excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills who is eager to learn and innovate to help solve technical and business challenges.
  • Demonstrates openness and is persistent in the face of setbacks and ambiguity
  • Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new challenges in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
