Job Summary Job Description What is the opportunity? RBC's Office of the US CIO is responsible for the oversight of all technology supporting the firm's Combined US Operations (CUSO). The CUSO includes Capital Markets, Wealth Management, City National Bank, RBC Bank (US), Global Asset Management, and Functions within the US. This unique US IT Metrics Analytics role is accountable to the US CIO for the oversight of the US CIO IT Risk Management. This hands-on role is responsible for analyzing and driving remediation of technology risk challenges across multiple lines of business as well as regulatory and business-driven initiatives. Additionally, this role is accountable for ensuring consistency of execution assurance across technology programs supporting the CUSO, in terms of governance, risk management, and value realization. The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $110,000- $190,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs.This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
