All about the role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team!

As a Supply Chain Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of multiple, high-complexity projects within North America Supply Chain, in support of our 3-5 year roadmaps across warehousing, sourced planning, materials planning, and transportation. You will be part of a strong project management organization of both managers and senior managers within North America supply chain, reporting into the Sr Director of Supply Chain Project Management.

This specific Project Manager role will focus on strategic projects within transportation and distribution/network design and footprint projects. The PM will manage complex, cross functional project teams, consisting of representatives from other Electrolux functions (finance, sales/sales operations, IT, product line) and global locations, as well as drive discipline within the Supply Chain Project Management Portfolio process, with the objectives of speed to market, quality, cost management, and operational efficiency.

Where you'll be:

This position will be based in the HQ, Charlotte Office, North Carolina.

What you'll do:

  • Plans and ensures execution of project deliverables within agreed-upon timing and budget. Composes a project work-breakdown structure/schedule and plan for executing the project - including sequencing, identification of dependencies, duration and resource needs, cost estimations, budgeting, and control.

  • Conducts regular project team meetings. Regularly presents project status reports to Steering Committee, other senior managers, and, when relevant, North America and Global Senior Leadership Team.

  • Clearly communicates roles and responsibilities within the project core and extended team.

  • Tracks progress against agreed targets. Develops and implements mitigation plan for at-risk items. Submits investment requests. Tracks and manages capital and expenses through close of project.

  • Resolves conflicts with capex, schedules, and resources as needed. Elevates issues to management when necessary.

  • Promotes culture of "Teamship" and professional accountability among core and extended team members. Communicates vision, promotes goal alignment, provides coaching and feedback for performance management.

Qualifications and preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related technical BS required. An MBA is preferred.

  • 5 years related project management experience is required.

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.

  • Moderate travel (up to 25%) required.

Skills and abilities:

  • Proven track record of successfully leading highly complex projects, from start to finish within Operations and/or Supply Chain.

  • Ability to lead, influence, communicate & interact with people within a cross-functional team setting, as well as customers and external suppliers.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills including presentation experience to large and diverse audiences.

  • Technology/manufacturing and consumer innovation experience/knowledge in a high-volume consumer products environment is preferred.

  • Experience with computer applications is required, including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Project, and Power BI.

  • Experience with Transportation management and Warehouse management systems considered a plus.
