What you will do:

• Oversees and assists with the day-to-day activities of assigned shifts as instructed by the Distribution Center Supervisor.
• Assists with evaluating the performance of team members and providing training experience as needed giving feedback to the distribution center management.
• Assists with supervision of maintenance of facilities, product handling equipment, and inventory warehousing control systems, manual or automated.
• Coordinates all assigned warehousing activities with management and administration champions to ensure safe working conditions and monitors associates to ensure safe operation of equipment within the warehouse.
• Train new warehouse associates.
• Ensure stock is put away accurately and processed correctly.
• Facility/warehouse upkeep.
• Fix quantity adjustments on tickets and ship via's.
• Run a Product Summary Report every 180 days for warehouse reprofiling as needed.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned.

What you will bring:

• Electrical, Industrial and/or distribution experience preferred but not required
• High School diploma or G.E.D.; or
• 2-4 Years of related experience and/or training; or
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk and hear.
• Required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb or balance.
• Lift and/or move 10 pounds and may be required to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus.

Location: Fullerton, California

Work hours: Shifts Vary, starting as early as 7:00 AM

Salary Range:

• This is a non-exempt position and pays between $23.51 - $31.36 per hour. This salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, within California. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
