OVERVIEW

The Recruiter will be responsible for executing full life-cycle searches. The role will partner with business leadership and Human Resource Business Partners to define roles, source candidates, manage and execute the hiring process against performance targets. The position will be based at our corporate office location in West Palm Beach, FL.

ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Direct and execute the recruitment activities for hourly, professional and senior level positions globally

2. Develop recruitment plans in conjunction with hiring managers utilizing all sourcing methodologies including cold calling, posting, career fairs, professional networks and relationships as well as professional search agencies

3. Responsible for tracking and reporting metrics, identifying trends and establishing staffing goals in compliance with HR strategies

4. Establish strong internal relationships and serve as a primary source of staffing and recruitment strategy advice, consultation, and education

5. Work closely with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to help determine staffing strategy, obtain position requirements and compensation information, and ensure that job descriptions are updated by the HRMs

6. Function as a primary point of contact with all parties involved in the recruitment process i.e., hiring managers, HR, payroll, benefits, compensation and relocation.

7. Work with Hiring Managers to manage job requisitions, job posting, and applicant tracking processes

8. Articulate a clear employment brand strategy in market and directly to candidates, using leading-edge tools, including social media, to bring ASR/FCC to a unified, globally attractive, high quality employment brand

9. Develop and maintain a strong relationship with colleges and universities. Participate in college recruitment activity, primarily focused on effective means of sourcing top talent graduates, interns, and scholarship students

10. Manage all required pre-screenings and testing and schedule/coordinate all hiring manager interviews, to assure proper use of assessment tools and consistency.

11. Manage the final steps in the hiring process including coordination of the formulation and delivery of salary offers. Manage communication with selected candidates until date of hire, and provide appropriate communication to candidates who were not selected for hire.

12. Drive talent acquisition process excellence, including the ability to identify, implement and maintain continuous improvement efforts.

PREFERRED SKILLS



  • Language - Ability to read and write Spanish and English strongly preferred


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE



  • At least 5 years of full life cycle recruiting experience
  • Must also possess the ability to support a diverse group of internal clients
  • Experience with researching, generating, and successfully converting searches into a qualified candidate pipeline
  • Experience with recruiting IT and Engineering positions
  • Strong organizational, time management skills
  • Must be ambitious, self-motivated and detail oriented with excellent organizational, problem solving and follow through skills
  • Ability to be effective in a fast-paced, results driven, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Must be able to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience managing candidate contacts and relationships
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet Research).
  • Travel - Ability to travel approximately 10-20% throughout domestic and international locations
  • Must have experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems


REQUIRED EDUCATION



  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university


PREFERRED EDUCATION



  • Master's degree in related discipline from an accredited university preferred but not required
