Job Summary
Disabilities Resources and Services is responsible for arranging accessibility accommodations for students with disabilities and providing disability support and resources. The vision of DRS is to envision a learning community that values people with diverse abilities and demonstrates through its actions a deep commitment to the full inclusion of all its members. The mission is to educate our community on disability inclusion and accessibility and to empower students to become self-aware advocates.

The Testing Coordinator serves as a member of the Disability Resources and Services (DRS) team and reports to the Associate Director of Disability Resources & Services. Coordinates accommodated testing for students who are registered with the Department of Disability Resources and Services at Temple University and all aspects of testing services, including scheduling, administration, communication, and management of the database and scheduling system. This role includes ongoing communication with academic departments and faculty around accommodated testing needs. Works directly with campus partners to secure space for overflow testing when required (i.e. final exams). Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience
* Bachelor's degree
* At least 3 years of experience in a field related to human services, business, and/or educational administration.
* An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Required Skills and Abilities
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Outstanding organizational skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Ability to operate standard office equipment and assistive technology

Preferred
* Experience in higher education disability services; demonstrated mastery of relevant legislation - Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 504, and related standards.
* Professional or graduate experience in an accommodated testing program.

This position will require a background check including FBI fingerprinting.
