Testing Coordinator Program Assistant

Duty Days:
215

Hours: 8 hours/day; 5 days/week; Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m.- 3:30 p.m.

Description: the Testing Coordinator Program Assistant will support and guide the school-wide testing structures, communications and processes at Spring Lake Park High School.

Job Summary:

  • Support all aspects of high school grade level and/or standardized testing at Spring Lake Park - organization, structures, schedulues, resources, utilization of staff and communications
  • Support Online course enrollments and learners, and support the Online learning management system
  • Work closely with the SLPHS Admin and Clerical teams to support the daily functions and operations
  • Support Main Office and Student Support Office function and flow
  • Support administrative, student support services, and clerical team projects and school-wide functions throughout the school year
  • Respond to questions from a variety of internal and external sources for the purpose of providing information and direction
  • Provide excellent customer service to students, staff and families.
  • All other duties as assigned
Qualifications: 2 year AA degree or college degree. Candidate must be able to handle confidential information, perform tasks proficiently while handling frequent interruptions, and possess good communication skills. Candidate must have excellent customer service skills. Personal skills must include a professional, friendly, positive, and cooperative work style and the ability to work with many types of people in different circumstances. Previous clerical experience in an education setting preferred. Previous office management, secretarial, or bookkeeping experience is required, as well as above average word processing keyboarding and other clerical skills. Extensive background in computer applications including, Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Campus, Skyward Financial, and the Internet.

Salary: Per Clerical Salary Schedule
