Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$40.54 - $52.71 / hour

Responsible for educating end users on the technologies utilized by designated corporate or clinical departments. Examples of these technologies include patient access applications, billing applications, HIM applications, electronic medical record clinical applications, ancillary applications, virtual technologies, etc. Additionally, the Advanced Information Systems Educator is responsible for maintaining and updating training materials, building within training environments, providing testing and workflow assistance as needed, providing upgrade/go live go live support, ongoing classroom education, E-learning development and serves as a training expert any assigned project teams.

This position requires good listening skills, excellent verbal and written skills, problem solving skills, ability sorts through issues with assistance, seeks input from others, makes timely decisions. Serves as a collaborative team member in the areas of work ethic, values, and customer service while demonstrating genuine concern for staff, patients and the community. Mentors corporate systems trainers. Develops and maintains effective relationships and communications with leaders, technical/application teams and external customers. Assumes other duties as assigned.
