Machine Operator; 1st, 2nd and 3rd Shift Openings

We are seeking hard working, experienced Machine Operators to join us in our print operations. We are a light manufacturing facility that produces contactless payment cards for customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine operation(1 year plus), along with a focus on precision and efficiency. This is a role that requires a combination of technical/computer knowledge, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 4:45am-2:45pm

2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 4:45pm-2:45am

3rd Shift: Friday-Sunday, 4:45am-5:00pm

Pay range for Machine Operators is $19.00 for entry level and up to $23.00 for more experienced machine operators.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Sets up and operates machine as required
• Verifies that equipment is ready for operation and that necessary supplies are available
• May perform general equipment maintenance procedures
• Troubleshoots job/machine problems or failures, as needed
• Routinely loads feeders
• Fills out required paperwork including quality documents; initial inspection, in-process, and final inspection sheet.
• Identifies material with poor quality and seeks assistance if needed to correct
• Watches product to ensure mag strips are applied in the exact location required, stopping machine and adjusting as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous machine operating experience; one year plus
• High mechanical aptitude
• Elementary English proficiency communication skills necessary

Meet physical requirements:

• Stand for long periods of time. All jobs require the ability to lift, move, push or pull up to 50lbs
• Good manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination
• Good vision with the ability to distinguish color

Preferred Skills:

• Printing or graphics experience
• Manufacturing experience with mechanical ability
