Description
The Bi-lingual 1st Shift HR Business Partner based out of our Hatfield, PA Facility will be responsible for the development and implementation of the HR processes. The HR Business Partner provides solutions for the needs of internal clients taking into account the corporate policies of training, development, remuneration, etc. and the current legislation; responsible for the leadership and facilitation of the development of culture and key capabilities. This individual will guide others in resolving complex issues in specialized area based on existing solutions and procedures; works independently with guidance only in very complex situations. Start Time 7:00 - 7:30 am

Bachelors of Human Resource Management (required)
Related On-the-Job Experi of Human Resource Management (required) Experience
3 years: To 5 years Human Resource experience. Bilingual in Spanish is required. Experience working with complex and strategic business areas, including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Technical areas. Previous consumer goods, manufacturing or distribution experience. (required)
