Who You Are:



  • Experienced Leader: You bring at least 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a multi-site environment, with a proven track record of developing successful maintenance programs.
  • Technical Expert: You have in-depth knowledge of MMOS, CMMS/ERP platforms like SAP, and preventative and predictive maintenance technologies.
  • Critical Thinker: You excel at identifying risks, solving complex problems, and implementing efficient maintenance strategies.
  • Team Builder: You're skilled at leading and motivating teams, with a strong focus on safety and continuous improvement.


What You'll Do:

As the Director of Corporate Maintenance, you will lead the charge in establishing and optimizing our maintenance management systems across all facilities. Your responsibilities will include:



  • Standardization & Optimization:


    • Establish and oversee a standardized Maintenance Management Operating System (MMOS) across all facilities.
    • Develop and sustain preventative maintenance (PM) programs using MMOS to ensure efficiency and consistency.
    • Lead initiatives to improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and reduce downtime.


  • Critical Infrastructure Support:


    • Provide guidance to plant maintenance teams on critical infrastructure systems like utilities, refrigeration, and wastewater.
    • Identify risks to critical infrastructure and develop mitigation plans for redundancy and efficiency.
    • Support CAPEX rebuilds and replacements, ensuring long-term viability and cost-effectiveness.


  • Leadership & Development:


    • Serve as a resource for plant maintenance leadership, offering expertise in project development, vendor selection, and general maintenance management.
    • Develop and implement strategies for MRO inventory management, focusing on cost optimization.
    • Champion foreign material and loss prevention within the maintenance function.
