We seek a Demand Planner to join our team and support our Supply Chain with robust data analysis and strategic forecasting. This role will optimize forecasting accuracy, support cross-functional teams, and lead initiatives to enhance our supply chain processes. Who You Are:



  • Analytical problem-solver with a strong background in supply chain management and forecasting.
  • Data-driven professional with experience using tools like SAP, GIB, and BI (AFO) for forecasting and reporting.
  • Collaborative communicator who can engage across multiple business units, including sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Proactive and strategic, willing to challenge the status quo to improve forecasting accuracy and supply chain efficiency.


What You'll Do:



  • Develop forecasting strategies for various product categories, focusing on accuracy and continuous improvement.
  • Own and improve processes for forecasting fresh items, using data from sales, marketing, and competitor insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Foodservice and Retail Business Managers, to drive product and sales forecasting alignment.
  • Analyze data weekly, including SKU-specific and customer-specific data, to track performance, forecast accuracy, and identify opportunities for improvement.
