As the 1st Shift Trades Superintendent, you are a key player in our maintenance operations, expertly managing mechanical and electrical challenges in a dynamic production environment. Who You Are: As the 1st Shift Manufacturing Superintendent, Maintenance, you are a cornerstone of our maintenance operations, adept at managing both mechanical and electrical challenges within a fast-paced production environment. Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, your role drives key performance indicators and embodies our core values of integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement. With proven expertise in multi-shift operations, you will oversee a team comprising 3 Supervisors and approximately 32 hourly skilled technicians. What You Will Do:
