As we continue to grow, we seek a Director of Manufacturing Engineering to lead and enhance our engineering functions. Who You Are: You are an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in manufacturing, preferably within the food industry, and candidates who have this background will be strongly considered. You have a proven track record of managing and developing engineering teams and extensive experience in strategic planning, capital expenditure (capex) management, and project management. You excel in leading complex engineering projects and maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and efficiency.
