Overview Job Title: Implementation Specialist II: Home Comfort (Heat Pump) Program Coordinator Job Description: This position will support the TRC implementation of residential energy efficiency and the Home Comfort program on Long Island. The Home Comfort Program Coordinator position draws on related industry experience and residential HVAC/heat pump system project knowledge, with Quality Installation working knowledge to ensure consistent program implementation and trade ally (partner) support. Strong time management skills, ability to prioritize, effectively communicate, and professionally represent our electric utility client will be needed for the candidate to succeed in our multi-faceted environment. Candidates will need to be focused on meeting and exceeding key performance indicators and directly impacting the performance of the program. The Home Comfort Program Coordinator will be responsible for supporting daily program operations and serves the main point of contact for participating partners and acts as a liaison with dealer/distributors, manufacturer's, local management, planning, and internal program teams. The program coordinator is responsible for project reviews and processing, provides partner support with project submittals and Manual J reports, contributes to program outreach, works with and supports internal and external program resources. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals/objectives. Ability to provide on site training resources to participating partners to increase their production and accuracy. Responsibilities will also include raising industry awareness and participation from the trades/distributors as needed to meet program goals. This includes outreach to HVAC contractors, distributors, and related industry partners to increase program awareness, support recruitment efforts and activities needed for program participation goals. This includes contractor recruitment efforts, program presentations to the industry, trades, residential consumers, and various utility events and forums. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Business acumen to include a working knowledge and understanding of HVAC industry marketing, and operational functions required to make sound program recommendations. Ability to create presentations and related program collateral for presentation to TRC management, clients, and industry trades.

Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors. Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
