Your Opportunity:

As the Program Manager for the MES (Manufacturing Execution System) implementation you will be responsible for orchestrating and managing the macro-level plan for the MES solution specific to manufacturing operations. They synchronize the interconnected functional plans that will exist for the technology and manufacturing processes, along with the communication and organizational change required to embed this within the Greenheck Group culture.

As the Program Manager for MES you will directly support the following functional areas:

* Information Technology

* MES Initiative Leader and Functional Leads

* Business Units

* External Systems Integrator

What you'll be doing:

  • Execute programs that meet the needs of the organization or its employees or customers.
  • Participate in all aspects of corporate programs, including planning, budgeting, staffing, and performance.
  • Promote the program throughout the organization and track utilization.
  • Supervise the work of program or project staff to ensure that work is completed on time or in accordance with established standards or specifications.
  • Evaluate program effectiveness by collecting and analyzing data in support of key performance metrics.
  • Ensure that activities are in compliance with organizational policies and any relevant external regulations.
  • Provide reports and updates to senior management or other stakeholders.

What you should have:

  • 6-8 years of relevant work experience in project or program management required. Direct manufacturing experience preferred.
  • 4 Year / bachelor's degree or equivalent years of job experience required.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

Somethings we think you should know:

  • Travel is required 10-25% of time.
  • This is on-site role located in Schofield, WI.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment, such as a computer and phone. Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial motions of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The person is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data, and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. There is an occasional need for walking short distances. Work may be performed in company's setting, home, or hybrid.
