Energy Expert II

Responsibilities/Description:

Progressing our project pipeline in collaboration our Business Units and Sites.

Supporting the dialogs on technology & priority on the individual projects.

Developing our people joining our manufacturing site rituals, when visiting them.

Engage on the BU-teams on site KPI and target reach in FY and towards 2030

Further maturing enterprise program on emissions, environmental impact, customers view, and support our efforts to Do More Good.

• Understanding of 24/7-production rhythm from your years of on-site work.
• Familiar with traditional industrial production units as you would know from Engineering degree and work experience.
• Having broad knowledge of industrial units, their operation, and evaluation of their performance.
• Knowing the energy and sustainability terms that you can support well our target reach on mainly scope 1 and 2.
• Understanding of energy sourcing, that you can support well our Procurement team in dedicate dialogs.
• Familiar with analyzing site data from our historians with your experience in site work.
• Like to engage with people on their methodology & rituals.
• Build culture with your colleagues in the office, with the option to work from home occasionally.
