Your Role As an Architect at Gensler, you will collaborate with architects and designers to develop and coordinate design solutions during the construction phase. Your role involves translating sketches and documents into detailed 3D models and working drawings while addressing technical issues as they arise. With strong design skills, a background in architecture or design, and a portfolio of innovative concepts, you'll blend creative thinking with practical solutions. Emphasizing personal responsibility, open communication, and teamwork, you'll contribute to high-quality design projects in Hospitality, Mixed-Use, Retail, and Residential projects. You will work collaboratively with a diverse team to create innovative architectural designs and solutions, ensuring they align with client goals and market needs. This role involves designing spaces that enrich communities and contribute to client success, presenting design solutions effectively, and coordinating with various stakeholders including clients, vendors, and contractors. You'll be responsible for the delivery of high-quality design documents and actively contribute to project financial performance while maintaining productive client relationships. What You Will Do
