What's in it for you: The Sensor Technology Group, part of Ecolab's Global Sensors and Equipment Group, has an opening for a Principal Sensor Engineer focused on new sensor development and sensor technology leadership.The successful candidate must have a background in Experimental Physics or related field (see below) and an advanced understanding of the full life cycle of a sensor - from ideation through development. This role requires expertise in characterization of novel sensors and control systems. This role will lead strategy and execution for R&D initiatives supporting sensor and automation development for chemical dispensing and monitoring, within multiple divisions and applications within Ecolab. In addition, a demonstrated ability to manage projects is required. The Sensors Engineer will work in multi-disciplinary teams across Ecolab RD&E to solve difficult problems. Cross-functional collaboration will be leveraged to provide Sensor solutions for our customers. Efforts in research and development, manufacturing, intellectual property, and regulatory will be supported. Strong communicators with a results-driven orientation and a background in Experimental Physics or developing sensors are encouraged to apply. What you will do:
