What you'll do with "Our Training and Your Experience" Responsible for managing, overseeing, and coordinating all branch operations activities for both service and installation business. This includes operations planning, assessing potential business, reviewing proposals, and managing bookings. Also responsible for coaching, counseling, and training the operations team to enhance their skills, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction for all accounts. Additionally, responsible for executing contracts, including cost estimation, review, supervision of labor and subcontractors, and planning and scheduling. Also accountable for managing individual performance and development of assigned resources, including subcontractors. Further responsibilities include meeting Branch Day Sales Outstanding (DSO) goals and financial goals, attending Contract Status Report meetings, and assisting the team in maintaining healthy Operational KPI metrics. Oversees all aspects of job management, such as projected costs/cost control, subcontracts, Certificates of Insurance, manpower planning, material procurement, material handling, and collections. Maintains regular communication with customers about project schedules, change proposals, and seeks to improve customer satisfaction continually. Reviews booking packages, assigns Project Teams and participates in Project Turnover and Service Turnover meetings. Actively communicates with customers to improve satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise. Contribute to developing and implementing operations strategies to enhance installation and service delivery and add value to customers in a cost-effective manner. Utilizes financial systems to review actual vs. estimated contract costs and provide timely and accurate financial reports. Supervises colleagues (Service Coordinators, Project Managers, Specialists) to maintain morale, skills proficiency, and productivity. Manages recruitment and hiring as required, and provides mentoring, coaching, and direction to team members. May oversee the subcontractor selection process. Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
