Location:Lee Health Corporate Center -4211 Metro ParkwayFort Myers FL 33916 Department: Plant Operations System Services Work Type: Full Time Shift: Shift 1/7:00:00 AM to 3:30:00 PM Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$20.04 - $25.05 / hour SummaryResponsible for programing BAS databases and sequences of operation, monitors, troubleshoots and refines BAS. Modify programming and graphics as necessary. Performs and assist Plant Operations Technicians in troubleshoot vital comfort, energy, indoor air quality, safety and scheduling concerns related to HVAC system and Control. Assist in the operation of central energy saving computer systems to monitor facilities for correct electrical performance, analyzes malfunctions and takes appropriate action. Assists in the implementation of energy conservation of HVAC, temperature, and lighting components and systems in a safe and cost effective manner that supports the goals of Lee Health. Requirements Educational Requirements
A minimum of 5 years training and experience in the heating, ventilation and air conditioning, energy savings methods/systems and computer operation. Thorough knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical and plumbing skills. Knowledge of building, fire, and life safety codes. State of Florida Licensure Requirements
