Your Job Molex is seeking a highly visible leadership role for an experienced Firmware Engineer. In this role, you will be integral to developing cutting-edge 224 Gbps active cable solutions, leveraging innovative transceiver chips and highly optimized high-speed circuitry. Active Electrical Cables (AEC) play a crucial role in the data communication industry by offering cost-effective, flexible, and low-power solutions. Your responsibilities will include architecting, evaluating, validating, and designing real-time firmware. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our Hyperscale customers and marketing teams to understand their application needs and translate those requirements into top-tier, innovative, and high-quality solutions. Our Team Molex is looking for a Lead Firmware Engineer to support and develop Active cable designs for Hyperscalers. Our business is witnessing tremendous growth owing to the increasing need for cloud services and higher data transfer rates. You will be working under leadership that has been setting and driving industry standards in data centers for more than 30 years. This position is eligible for hybrid or remote work for the right candidate with travel to our global HQ in Lisle. Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
