A little about you Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or related discipline 3+ years of experience in project management related to construction or project coordination PMP and/or Agile certification is a plus Experience in running concurrent tasks and resource allocation Experience in a diverse and complex global organization Experience with Salesforce.com, Oracle, custom development, and mobility projects Experience in procurement and managing vendors including contract negotiation Skills Focused, top-notch customer service and communication skills. Ability to draw out issues, form partnerships, and build consensus Resourceful, inquisitive, confident listener and participant Excellent written and verbal communication skills Passion for driving high-quality, on-time, on-budget solutions. For starters, though, here are some day-to-day examples of what you will be doing: Projects and Project Portfolio Ensuring operations projects are: following governance practices, kept on track / on budget / on scope to the best ability are managed in such a way that issues and obstacles are actively raised and addressed accurately reported and status is accurately reflected Acting in role of Program Manager as needed Providing regular visibility to progress and issues regarding strategic and high-visibility initiatives Acting as a liaison to external or Corporate audit or compliance teams Monitoring the status and financial health of the Business Unit and Regional portfolios of critical projects Ensuring projects that merit Executive attention have representation at project prioritization and demand planning meetings Vendor Management Work with critical vendors to ensure they meet service and contractual obligations to review critical metrics to maintain relationships to drive continuous improvement Sound like a fit for you?
