As a Senior Product Designer I, you will apply principles of design thinking to conceptualize and create engaging, valuable, and intuitive user experiences for our web and mobile apps. You will represent the end-user and promote human-centered methodologies across the product team to ensure new designs that meet people's needs from first-time users to seasoned experts. You will report into a Sr. Manager, Product Design, and can be based in our Bellevue, WA office, or you may work remotely from anywhere in the US where Smartsheet is a registered employer. What You'll Do: Create visually stunning and engaging experiences that make emotional connections with users, solve problems and communicate our brand Partner with product to dig into user needs and goals and shape experiences to support them Create task flows, wireframes, prototypes, and other interaction design deliverables to demonstrate customer value and drive alignment across teams Partner with research to drive customer studies where needed Craft decks to share out work early and often with key stakeholders Provide assets, specifications, and guidance for implementation of the user experience throughout the entire development process. Actual compensation is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, level of professional, educational experience, skills, and specific candidate location. In addition, this role will be eligible for a market competitive incentive opportunity and some roles may be eligible for a RSU stock grant upon accepted offer.
