Job Description:

Responsible for actively facilitating the implementation of designated projects for both new and existing customers. Act as front-line support for our installations, efficiently addressing support issues, helping our customers with any training issues, optimizing system configurations, and more. Provides primary support to sales representatives and customers on a timely basis.
* Collaborate with Marketing, Product Development, and other internal departments to complete interdepartmental projects such as US Communities TCOs, National Sales Meeting presentations, new product research, product testing, field visits, and literature development.
* Assist the training department or other SBU's to develop, deliver, or manage specific training programs.
* Maintain all voluntary / non-binding product regulatory compliance which involves departmental functions (product certifications, sustainability guidelines).
* Provide comprehensive technical support to customers, including diagnosing and resolving issues, answering inquiries, and offering guidance and system usage.
* Ensure timely communication with customers.
* Document processes, procedures, and customer interactions to maintain thorough records and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
* Resolve product issues by establishing and maintaining open lines of communication, collaborating cross-functionally, and providing effective communication to all stakeholders.
* Exhibit in-depth product knowledge and assist technical staff in making decisions with both technical and business implications.
* Refine tools and processes that proactively identify the need for intervention and reactively respond to situations requiring technical assistance.
* Key resource to assist members of the Sales Team with technical and quality knowledge / expertise.
* Attend sales calls is the technical resource, as needed, to support sales efforts from an application engineering perspective.
* Monitor and analyze quality performance to identify and assist in developing permanent solutions to key technical challenges.
* Collaborate with production to develop and implement controls and improvements.

Experience
Bachelor's degree in chemistry or chemical engineering. More than seven years of relevant experience. Experience in the chemicals industry. Excellent organizational skills. Excellent oral & written communication skills. Excellent presentation & training skills. Technical knowledge of application equipment (floor machines, dispensing equipment, foamers, proportioners). Extensive technical and practical knowledge of branded products. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of laboratory testing procedures.
