Position Summary: Responsible for the receiving and warehousing of all incoming product, warehouse maintenance, stock handling and coordinating the picking/staging of job orders to other departments.

Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00pm - 3:00am to start with the opportunity to transition to Thursday - Saturday, 6:00pm - 6:00am

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:



  • Directs the operations of the department personnel to achieve prescribed objectives.
  • Develop and implement work schedules and assignments to assure effective and efficient operation.
  • Supervises the timely and accurate receipt and storage of incoming materials.
  • Supervises the timely and accurate pulling of orders for production.
  • Supervise team members; provide constructive feedback/coaching where needed; be alert for training opportunities; talk to and listen to employee's needs, concerns, and suggestions.
  • Defines responsibility of subordinates; communicates established standards of performance and procedures; appraises performance against assigned responsibilities.
  • Drives continuous process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain best in class warehousing practices.
  • Assist in interviewing applicants and makes recommendations for employment.
  • Recommends wage adjustment, changes in status and termination of personnel.
  • Recommends improvements in equipment or methods needed to manager.
  • Ensures that all records and reports regarding department activity are prepared on a timely basis and effectively maintained, reviews operating goals and standards and monitors achievement.
  • Assists in planning space utilization to meet prescribed cost standards.
  • Continually evaluates space utilization and suggests methods for improving layout.
  • Ensures that all safety procedures and policies are followed.
  • Assures that all work areas are kept clean, neat, and orderly.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Three plus years' experience supervisory or equivalent experience.
  • Five plus years' experience in Receiving/Warehouse environment.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Good judgment and decision-making ability are necessary.
  • Ability to provide work direction and/or training to employees.
  • Strong communication skills including the ability to work with department employees, CSRs, and management when necessary.
  • Ability to communicate/understand written as well as oral instructions.
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Ability to operate lift trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Demonstrated skills in leadership.
  • Ability to plan and supervise effectively.


Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:



  • Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to visually inspect all work for defects.
  • Frequent reaching, bending, climbing, kneeling, crouching, and stooping.
  • Manual dexterity for repetitive work.
  • Frequent walking and standing.


The national pay range for this role is $50,000 - $65,000/yr. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In additional to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
