Adult and Family Clinical Services Supervisor
Overview The Adult and Family Clinical Services Supervisor works in collaboration with the Adult Services Program Manager, department staff, and/or Executive Leadership to coordinate clinical services and related administrative activities on the multidisciplinary program to achieve effective, efficient, and culturally relevant service delivery. This position is responsible for the management and supervision of clinicians and care management staff who provide counseling services to adults who have experienced interpersonal family violence (including adults who were abused as children) as well as clinical staff who provide assessment, brief intervention and linkage with children who have acute trauma responses including suicidality following a multidisciplinary child abuse assessment or who require other peritraumatic service needs Why Nationwide Children's Hospital? Responsibilities * Recruits, hires, and retains qualified clinical staff in collaboration with program management. Qualifications Licensure: Possession of an Ohio license to practice independently with supervisory designation or be a licensed professional clinical counselor (LISW-S or LPCC). MINIMUM PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Note frequency as Constantly (67-100%), Frequently (34-66%) and Occasionally (0-33%) for each requirement. Also note any lifting requirements with pound limit.
