Ampcus Inc is a certified global provider of a broad range of Technology and Business consulting services. We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented Team under our 100% wholly-owned subsidiary, Ampcus Forensics. Positions will be available throughout the US. The Ampcus Corporate office is located in Chantilly, VA.

About the Role:

The SVP, Forensics, will be responsible for supporting the overall strategic direction, growth, and operational excellence of the firm. The role requires a leader with a deep understanding of forensic accounting and the insurance industry, along with a track record of success working in the field.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of the firm s long-term strategic plan, including market positioning, service offerings, and business development initiatives.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, expand client relationships, and build strategic partnerships.
  • Participate in business development efforts, including the preparation and delivery of educational or training presentations.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture to recruit, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and exceeding expectations.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging forensic accounting techniques.
  • Oversee the quantification of insurance claims and litigation support matters on behalf of insurers, loss adjusters, attorneys, etc.
  • Support the development and training efforts of staff and middle management to encourage their growth and the growth of the firm.
  • Represent Ampcus at business and community functions to maintain existing client relationships and develop new ones.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Certification(s) to demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in key related skills such as ABV, CPA, CFE, or similar.
  • Minimum of 10 years of forensic accounting, litigation support, business valuation or related experience.
  • A valid passport and the ability to travel both domestically and internationally as required for both client engagements and business development efforts.
  • A record of progressively increasing knowledge, skill, responsibility, and independence.
  • Individuals in this position must have demonstrated computer skills and experience with accounting software, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Confidence to handle confrontation, pressure, and deadlines.
  • Skilled at building relationships with others.
  • Fluency in English is required. Additional languages are beneficial but not required.
