Clean Room Assembler - 3rd Shift

Description

Acara Solutions has partnered with a client in Sauk Rapids, MN to hire Clean Room Assemblers for a 12+ month contract assignment.

o Perform complex assembly, assembly testing, adjustments and quality checks

o Review production data to identify areas on non-conformance and implement modifications as necessary

o Prepare status reports

o Work with team members to devise and develop modifications and improvements to equipment, processes, systems, and tooling

o Ensure and verify material is handled and loaded on production lines properly

o Give direction and training on product/customer specifications and workmanship standards

o Audit all stages of the build sequence for completeness, consistency, and workmanship

o Provide immediate feedback and training when problems occur

o Work independently with moderate supervision

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years experience in assembly or manufacturing

High school Diploma or GED

Vocation school

MS Office skills - basic
