Quanterix is revolutionizing biomarker analysis to advance precision health, leveraging Simoa technology for ultra-sensitive protein detection. We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team remotely in Massachusetts. This role will report directly to the Senior Director of Global Marketing and will serve as a key member of the marketing team. This role will mentor and manage Digital Resources.

* Own the lead generation process, working closely with the lead generation team to identify and target key customer segments.

* Develop and execute lead generation campaigns leveraging various channels, including digital marketing, events, and content marketing.

* Solicit feedback from Sales Management and incorporate that feedback into the Lead Gen process.

* Manage and optimize digital marketing resources, including personnel, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals and brand messaging.

* Collaborate with the digital marketing team members to enhance online presence, utilizing SEO, SEM, social media, and other digital channels effectively.

* Manage, hire, develop, and retain a team of marketing professionals responsible for digital resources.

* Foster a collaborative and innovative working environment, promoting continuous learning and development within the team.

* Develop and manage marketing program budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.

* Monitor and report on budget performance, making recommendations for adjustments as needed.

O Strong proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems such as Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and outreach platforms.
