About the Role

As an integral team member at AESC US LLC, you'll have a pivotal role in driving our mission forward-to pioneer comprehensive battery solutions for a sustainable tomorrow. Reporting to the Program Document Controller, you'll oversee and organize documentation for significant capital projects, including electronic document management system coordination with program management. Your contributions within the Global Industrialization Develop team will directly influence our strategic objectives and bolster our standing as a premier global force in battery technology.

What You Will Do
  • Provides document and records management services following established policies and procedures.
  • Handles tasks such as receiving, processing, distributing, retrieving, and maintaining documents and records.
  • Maintains the project's document management system, ensuring proper documentation management.
  • Assists in reviewing data entry accuracy by performing daily, weekly, and monthly quality checks.
  • Communicates with internal and external customers to resolve questions, issues, or actions.
  • Supports project team members with questions or issues related to document numbering, work processes, electronic/digital signatures, legibility, and more.
  • Implements and trains internal and external customers on AESC's document control systems and procedures.
  • Supports multiple projects and initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and management across different tasks.
What You Need
  • 5+ years of related experience with maintaining document management systems on large engineering, procurement, construction projects
  • Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud BIM 360 highly preferable
  • Fully versed with using an EDMS system.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Technical writing experience preferred, writing procedures and training materials.
  • Self-starter with a client centered focus.
  • Must be highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Bluebeam, Aconex, and SharePoint strongly preferred.
  • High level of professionalism and strong sense of urgency.
  • Leadership Skills: Previous experience or potential for leadership roles, showcasing the ability to inspire and lead teams towards common goals, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture.

Travel

Occasional domestic and international travel required.

Work Environment

The work environment is primarily an automated manufacturing plant with a concrete floor and is characterized by some temperature extremes, moderate noise, and forklift traffic.
