As a High Purity Water System Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for repairs, adjustments, and ongoing maintenance of facilities. Performs preventive maintenance, repairs, and calibrations of critical utilities equipment at Fort Worth North Manufacturing in Fort Worth, Texas. In this role, a typical day will include (other duties as assigned):
- Performs preventive maintenance and repairs to critical utilities equipment (HVAC, water systems, compounding vessels, and manufacturing equipment) on company premises.
- Conducts periodic inspections to resolve maintenance work required.
- Maintains all equipment necessary to perform work.
- Plan and perform work to complete PMs and unscheduled maintenance on Water Systems, Sterilizers, HVAC and different types of process and facility equipment.
- Plan and perform work to complete PMs and unscheduled maintenance on Reactors and Water Systems.
- Collect, compile, measure, summarize, and record data captured during maintenance activities.
- Analyze measurement data for identifying abnormalities, trends, and/or predicting future values.
- Identify and correct measurement errors, as applicable.
- Review external repair reports and vendor work orders.
- Ability to handle increasingly complex assignments.
- Use computer systems to include, but not limited to Microsoft office, Maximo, TrackWise, CMS, PI, Veeva, Kronos and SAP.
- Routinely conducts periodic inspections to determine maintenance work required and maintains all equipment necessary to perform work.
- Complete maintenance in accordance with local SOPs, technical manuals, and industry knowledge while adhering to the strict requirements of local Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) requirements.
- Use computer systems to include, but not limited to Microsoft office, Maximo, TrackWise, CMS, Veeva, Kronos and SAP.
- Exhibit mechanical and electrical trouble-shooting skills, perform both scheduled and un-scheduled maintenance during regular shift hours and have the ability to support the manufacturing efforts of the facility outside of normal working hours.
- Proactively maintain local training, aseptic personnel certification, investigator certification, and any local or industry certification as may be required for the execution of duties.
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain equipment operation.
- Physical demand Summary: Exerting 50 to 100 lb of force occasionally, and/or 25 to 50 lb of force frequently, and/or 10 to 20 lb of force constantly to move objects, physical demand requirements are in excess of those for medium work.

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
