Position: Senior Employee Experience Generalist About DABSJ: D.A. Blodgett - St. John's is a private non-sectarian agency that serves vulnerable children and families from the entire community. Our core objectives are to strengthen families, help children heal from abuse and neglect, provide homes and help kids thrive. About this Opportunity: The Sr. Employee Experience Generalist will support D.A. Blodgett - St. John's by implementing and administering human resource programs and policies. This role will assist the Vice President of Employee Experience with all internal and external HR related matters, serving as a primary point of HR contact for employees in the organization. Would you like to help us accomplish our mission as a Senior HR Generalist? Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field required. SHRM or PHR certification obtained within one year of hire. Two or more years of experience in Human Resources. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and human resources software. Offered benefits and more:
