Beginning Pay Range: $61,620.00 - $65,728.00

About this Opportunity:

The Sr. Employee Experience Generalist will support D.A. Blodgett - St. John's by implementing and administering human resource programs and policies. This role will assist the Vice President of Employee Experience with all internal and external HR related matters, serving as a primary point of HR contact for employees in the organization.

Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field required. SHRM or PHR certification obtained within one year of hire. Two or more years of experience in Human Resources. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and human resources software.
