Overview Negotiates favorable terms, volume discounts and long-term contracts with suppliers and prepares and processes requisitions and purchase orders for the procurement of goods, services and supplies for customer-related business processes or for internal use as a generalist or in a combination of Purchasing Disciplines. This role is elegibile for a referral bonus. Major Position Responsibilities * Manages procurement and purchasing operations and implements the strategy to provide the materials and services to meet organizational requirements for quality, volume, availability, and pricing. Basic Qualifications Required Education: Bachelor's Degree OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree Discipline/Major: Business or Supply Chain Management preferred. Years and Area of Experience (required for the role): 5-7 year's experience relevant to the positions functional area Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Leadership skills. Decision-making skills. Oral and written communication skills. Analytical thinking skills. Detail oriented. Ability to meet deadlines. Critical Professional Related Technical Skills; Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), proficiency in MRP systems (IFS preferred) Pay Range (USD) $80,080 - $148,720 Additional Compensation Hired applicant may be eligible to participate in the Company's Gain Sharing Program.
