Maintenance Technician

Pay rate: $34 per hour

Schedule: 7 AM - 4 PM (may have an on-call rotation every 4 weeks)

Requirements:

• 4 years of general maintenance experience including changing lights, hanging pictures, basic plumbing, changing filters, and belts on machinery.
• The ability to read and interpret documents.
• A valid driver's license.
• Proper JLG operator and fork truck operator license.
• Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Maintenance Technician responsibilities:

Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, and repair commercial properties. Tasks include electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance. Perform daily inspections, conduct daily/weekly tours of mechanical spaces, tenant/public areas, roofs, and building grounds, respond to service calls, communicate with owners and supervisors about work performed, perform general housekeeping tasks to mechanical/electrical rooms, and maintain accurate paperwork. Physical demands of this position include lifting 50 pounds and standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
