The Quality Assurance Coordinator assists with identifying agents not meeting quality standards and recommends necessary coaching. They will also identify trends or opportunities to make recommendations for changes and/or improvements. The Quality Assurance Coordinator position will also be in charge of creating and maintaining all training materials including call scripts. What You'll Need
