Responsibilities

  • Identify, interview, evaluate, and qualify potential clients.
  • Diagnose business and technical challenges faced by prospects.
  • Assist in developing and presenting proposals to clients.
  • Lead efforts to secure signed contracts.
  • Regularly visit clients to assess satisfaction and identify additional needs.
  • Build knowledge, expertise, and a robust client network.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and educational events.
  • Conduct industry research and contribute to setting strategic direction.
  • Clearly communicate our value proposition to customers.
  • Lead proposal teams by setting clear direction (establish value proposition to client)
  • Maintain organized records of meetings, phone calls, and emails.
  • Plan and organize sales calls and educational activities for clients and prospective clients.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • A 4-year degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology is preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in selling services; experience in construction is a plus.

Location & Travel: The position is based in or near our Sioux Center, IA office. The role will be up to 75% travel for client and industry meetings.
