The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Supply Chain Intern to join our Procurement team and play a pivotal role in revolutionizing our procurement and vendor management processes. As a Supply Chain Intern, you will have the unique opportunity to work on diverse projects ranging from vendor database research to supply chain metrics support, utilizing advanced tools such as Power Apps. This internship offers an immersive experience where you will learn firsthand about procurement processes, vendor management, and decision-making processes within a fast-paced consulting environment.

What You'll Do



  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and create procurement solutions for various projects.
  • Conduct research to identify potential subcontractors and suppliers, evaluating their alignment with current needs.
  • Contribute innovative ideas and best practices to introduce procurement processes, best practices, and tools to internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement solutions to streamline data collection, analysis, and reporting processes.
  • Design and create visually compelling dashboards, scorecards, and reports to communicate key insights effectively.
  • Perform data updates and quality assurance checks on the vendor management application to ensure accuracy of subcontractor and supplier information.
  • Review departmental process documents and create workflows of departmental processes.



What We Expect from You



  • Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) including advanced functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables) is essential.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a dynamic and challenging environment.
  • Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S.

Additional Opportunity Details:
Target Base Compensation for this role is $22.00/hr
* Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary include your job specific skills, education, training, job location, number of years of experience related to this role and comparison to other employees already in this role.
