Job Title: Administrative Funct. Support

Location(s): Cary, NC

Skills Needed:

* MS Office

* Ability to quickly learn new software, particularly Learning Management System Software

* Database experience helpful

* Good phone skills

* Good organizational skills

* Financial/accounting skill & experience

* Good communication & people skills

* Team player that can share work load responsibilities and coordinate efforts

Specific Responsibilities:

* Work as a team member to work in a shared mailbox environment to manager training related questions and requests.

* Use Learning Management Systems to support training registrations for internal and external employees.

* Process and provide necessary class prep documentation for training staff.

* Order training supplies and resources as needed.

* Provide basic reporting functions.

Education Requirement:

* Minimal associate degree
