The focus is around new and existing business operated at DSV but could include business stabilization, new business, and support. This group will work closely with engineering and operations teams to validate details of the business (space, capital requirements, transition cost, IT solution and cost, staffing requirements, etc.) as part of root cause identification related to less than optimum performance demonstrated. The group will also work with the operation teams to understand of skill requirements for different levels of leadership to identify and provide training required to enhance skills of the frontline team to a successfully run the operation at the highest levels. He/she will also ensure that the operation adheres to the overall corporate mission, vision, and core values while consistently meeting client and company expectations. As part of the DSV team, associates are expected to meet company objectives in the areas of performance, safety, and quality.
