Responsible for driving both top-line and bottom-line growth within all JMCRS Business Units (Mouse, In Vivo, Model Generation, Reproductive Sciences, and Co-hort generation) while ensuring an enhanced experience for our customers and collaborators. The incumbent directly manages the product and Business Unit Manager/s for all JMCRS business units. In addition to P&L and revenue accountability, the incumbent has complete product line accountability. The incumbent also has management responsibility for delivery functions within the business unit. The incumbent has ultimate accountability and oversight for the JMCRS business units. The incumbent establishes strategic direction and is responsible for integrating the business units to optimize the customer experience with JAX. The salary range is $154,596 - $272,217. Salary will be determined based on qualifications and experience. This role is remote with up to 50% travel as needed Key Responsibilities (What you contribute):
