JOB DESCRIPTION:

Join us for the Summer 2025 Internship Program!

What you'll do:

  • Assist in the analysis and administration of compensation programs including salaries, bonuses, and long-term incentives.

  • Participate in salary surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information to determine company's market relationship.

  • Review job descriptions for appropriateness and prepare job classifications, job audits, and organizational charts.

  • Support the HR team in the daily use of data management systems to compile and track performance metrics and benchmarks.

  • Prepare reports and presentations that explain compensation details to management and other stakeholders.

  • Assist with the implementation of new compensation plans and updates to existing plans.

  • Provide support in the development of communication tools to enhance understanding of the company's compensation package.

  • Document and maintain administrative procedures for assigned compensation processes.

Who you are:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Gain comprehensive understanding of compensation strategies and their impact on business performance.

  • Develop skills in data analysis and human resources information systems.

  • Enhance ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.

  • Build professional experience in project management and corporate communication.
