Job Description

This Senior Analyst will have the opportunity to work across both tactical and strategic initiatives to drive the Oscar Mayer brand toward sustainable, profitable growth. This high visibility role will allow interaction with a wide variety of cross functional stakeholders and the Oscar Mayer leadership team. This person will have the opportunity to work on both near-in initiatives critical to deliver short-term plans as well as longer term strategic initiatives.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Analyze business performance for Oscar Mayer and key competitors on weekly and monthly basis with a focus on identifying key drivers of changes in business performance

  • Develop & maintain dashboards and reports summarizing short- and long-term performance for Oscar Mayer and key competitors

  • Analyze and update driver-based business forecast model to support forecasting processes

  • Support development of brand/product innovation strategy & key initiatives that deliver against consumer needs and fit with Oscar Mayer strategy & capabilities

  • Lead assigned commercialization initiatives as key contact for Oscar Mayer marketing team

  • Identify incremental, profitable opportunities aligned with Oscar Mayer brand strategy

  • Participate in the development of short- and long-term business and marketing plans for Oscar Mayer

  • Support ad hoc analyses as necessary to deliver key insights and drive decision making

Expected Experience & Required Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred; Relevant experience in CPG preferred

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, self-starter and ability to multitask and balance competing priorities

  • Previous experience with syndicated data preferred (point-of-sale & panel); comfortable synthesizing data from multiple sources & extracting insights to drive decision-making

  • Strong financial modeling capability

  • Consumer obsessed with the ability to identify market trends and key insights

  • Operates independently and motivated by success

  • Strong leadership and committed to results

  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

Work Environment & Schedule

This is a Hybrid role with 3 days a week in the local office, with limited travel or visits to external locations; offices are open workspaces. Additionally, this role requires working a salaried, exempt schedule to best execute against customer and internal expectations
