Apogee is actively seeking an Acquisitions Logistics Analyst to provide acquisition and logistics support for information technology (it), services, and equipment for the Ground Systems Engineering and Integration Support (GSIS) contract in support The United States (U.S.) Space Force (USSF). The Contractor shall provide strategic acquisition and logistics support pertaining to the purchase of IT hardware, software, equipment, and system component needs.

This is a full-time hybrid role from El Segundo, CA. Up to 5 days a week remote based on the request of the customer.

What you'll be doing:

  • Help develop and maintain comprehensive Cost Estimates, Projections, and Spend Plans
  • Help develop Strategic plans that include support to program budgeting and enterprise buy considerations
  • Forecast and track new requirements, renewals, supplies (e.g., bench stock and routine maintenance items), and other items as directed
  • Use approved contract processes for purchases of IT hardware, software, specialized equipment, services, and components
  • Follow SSC Configuration Management (CM) procedures and coordinate with Government equipment management personnel as directed
  • Coordinate delivery of equipment from suppliers to SSC performance locations
  • Comply with property accountability activities and ensure that equipment is processed through inventory accountability processes prior to being placed in service
  • For accountable equipment, report movement, replacement, and disposition to the Government property management hand-receipt holder

Minimum Requirements:
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Top-Secret clearance
Education: Bachelor's degree
Years of Experience: 3+ years of experience in acquisitions logistics support in the DoD

  • Experience developing Life Cycle Support Plans (LCSP) and supportability milestones
  • Knowledge of DoD acquisition, maintenance requirements, and organizational functions involved in logistical support
  • Knowledge of logistical requirements in support of program decision milestones
  • Ability to develop and analyze data to determine logistic objectives and goals, identify support requirements, including funding and technical support requirements, and establish relationships between the participants involved in deploying the plan

Preferred Requirements:
Clearance: Have and be able to maintain TS/SCI
Years of Experience: 4-10 years of experience in acquisitions logistics support in the DoD

Regular part-time employees scheduled for twenty-four or more hours per work week are eligible for benefits on a pro-rated basis.


    • The base pay for this position ranges from $95,000 to $140,810 across the U.S. There is a different range applicable for specific work locations. Base pay is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, training and education.
