Northwestern University is seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant 4

Temporary Job Description:

Job Summary:

This position provides administrative support to the Communication Studies Department Chair. Primary responsibilities include: managing Chair's calendar, scheduling meetings, booking travel, builds and maintains professional, efficient, and knowledgeable interactions with all constituencies across Northwestern. May order supplies, process travel reimbursements, prepare materials, and provides in-person support for academic workshops.

Qualifications:

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office suite, and google applications (drive, sheets, Gmail, etc.)

This is an in-person, part-time temporary position.
