Salesforce Technical Lead / Architect

We are seeking a passionate Salesforce Technical Lead to spearhead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions to help grow our business. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, a strong technical background, and the ability to lead a team of developers through a replatforming across multiple SF clouds.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Technical Leadership:
    • Lead the technical design and development of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of Salesforce developers.
    • Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality and maintainability of Salesforce code.
    • Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce releases and technologies.
  • Solution Architecture:
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions, related to Sales, Service and/or Marketing Cloud(s).
    • Design and implement scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.
    • Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems using APIs and middleware technologies.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce issues.
  • Project Management:
    • Contribute to the planning and execution of Salesforce projects.
    • Estimate project timelines and resource requirements..
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify and implement opportunities to optimize Salesforce solutions.
    • Monitor and improve the performance of Salesforce applications.
    • Contribute to the development of Salesforce best practices and standards.

Experience you'll bring:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Mulesoft and/or Salesforce APIs.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions and/or Mulesoft.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration technologies.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling and security.
  • Desired Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

The salary range for this role is: $162,000 - $215,000 USD

The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEX's total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
