Job Summary:

The People & Culture Associate Media Producer, L&D supports the delivery of live digital learning events that span across large and/or multiple areas, as well as complex and large-scale change, such as supporting a new system or product implementation to multiple job functions that may affect many processes. The primary function of this role is to support the training request process as well as the execution of live webinars which includes managing and overseeing live and live recorded broadcasts as well as supporting the CPE process.

This role is responsible for converting recordings from webinars or other sources into on demand learning content, including audio recording and editing.

Job Duties:



  • Collaborates with peers, SMEs and specific business partners by clarifying deliverables and reinforcing outcomes
  • Communicates closely with other teams to ensure project requirements are clear agreed upon, and realistic to meet client expectations
  • Works independently and also as a part of a high functioning, collaborative team
  • Creates and edits video, audio and animations for use in all learning formats
  • Facilitates the delivery of online training sessions, providing training and technical support to instructors and subject matter experts (SMEs) with various delivery platforms, as needed
  • Maintains a mastery level knowledge in all firm-standard software, including new products and product upgrades as introduced, as well as related policies, procedures and best practices
  • Interprets National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) standards in order to advise internal clients on the appropriate design mechanisms to track participation and make language recommendations for learning objectives and course descriptions that will meet the standards
  • Maintains a mastery level understanding of NASBA Standards for CPE training development and delivery
  • Performs audio and video edits before, during and after production
  • Creates training documentation

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Education:



  • High school diploma or GED, required
  • Associate degree or higher, preferred


Experience:



  • One (1) or more years of experience in a training/media production role with an Associate degree or higher, required
  • Two (2) or more years of experience in a training/media production role with a High School Diploma or GED, required
  • Experience in a detail-oriented task-based role that highly leverages technology, required
  • Experience with audio and basic video production, preferred
  • Experience with interpreting regulatory guidelines, rules and laws, preferred
  • Experience at a professional services firm, preferred
  • Experience in writing effective learning objectives, preferred


Software:



  • Advanced proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Adobe Acrobat, required
  • Experience with advanced development tools such as Photoshop, Premiere, Media Encoder, Audition, Flash and SharePoint, preferred
  • HTML knowledge, preferred
  • Basic knowledge of copyright laws, preferred


Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:



  • Ability to understand and interpret NASBA and AICPA guidelines, and apply them to training modules
  • Ability and willingness to learn new applications with a minimum of supervision/instruction
  • Strong customer service attitude with the ability to provide guidance to internal customers
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage expectations and customer demands
  • Capable of handling details accurately and in a timely manner

Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.

National Range: $50,000 - $55,000
NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $50,000 - $55,000
